Better trials. Together.

The only trial platform your participants and their doctors are on too. They refer, screen in, book their visits and report what happens. You run the research.

One trial, start to finish.

Follow one participant through. Every claim below has a loop from the real product behind it.

1. The coordinator sets up

Build the protocol once. The platform runs it.

Visits, windows, staff availability and who does what. From here on, bookings, reminders and deviation nudges happen without you.

Each person gets a role, a signature and the days they can see participants.
The log is enforceable: nobody does a task they have not been delegated.
Every trial gets one, on every tier. Print the poster and you are recruiting.

Building the schedule.

The doctor's feed.

2. The doctor refers

Their doctor is in the room.

Your trial appears in their feed. They message you, refer, and then stay in the picture: the trial team shares documents straight to the doctor, pinned to their patient, and the doctor is told as their patient moves from screening to enrolment to completion. No one else does this.

One thread per patient, kept with the trial record.
The referral lands in the coordinator worklist with the doctor already linked.
Documents the team shares, pinned to their patient, and a note at every stage of the trial. Progress, not appointments.
3. The participant joins

A QR code on the poster. Two minutes later, a screened applicant in your worklist.

They scan, verify, opt in to SMS and complete your screening form from their phone. They add their doctor to My care team. You did nothing.

The doctor is invited to the platform if they are not already on it.
Inside the protocol window, against staff availability. Everyone is notified. Reminders by SMS, email or in-app.
Both the participant and the coordinator are nudged before it becomes a deviation.

Scan, verify, screen.

4. If something goes wrong

They tell you they're going to hospital. Before anyone else knows.

The participant reports a symptom, or a hospital visit, from their phone. Every trial they're enrolled in is told and grades it on its own. They open a hospital pack: their trials, their stage, what the treating team needs to know, and who to ring.

A hospital visit starts a 24-hour triage clock. Audit trail from the first tap.

What the participant does.

What the team sees.

Their trials, their stage, what the treating team needs to know, and who to ring. Opening it tells each trial team.
The outcome is written on their record in plain words.

The Performance dashboard: pace, forecast, where the form leaks, and the benchmark.

5. The data works for you

Told when you're behind target. Shown where you're losing people.

Pace against target with a projected finish date. The funnel from application to enrolment, stage by stage, with who has stalled. Your screening form question by question, so you see where people stop. And your numbers against every other trial on the platform, de-identified, which no other CTMS can offer. Then export everything as you need via a custom excel export - direct to RedCap.

Target and dates come from your protocol. Pace is computed from real enrolment events, never typed in.
Application to screening to enrolment to completion, with drop-off at each step and the people who have not moved in N days.
Where people stop, by question. Did version 2 of the form complete better than version 1? Presence of answers only, never their content.
Screen-fail rate, screening-to-enrolment, screening days and form completion against every other trial on the platform. De-identified by construction, and it only shows once enough trials contribute.
One button per trial, every record type, CSV and PDF, a manifest on every export. The data builder, saved reports, REDCap import pack and inspection bundle on Tier 1. Exporting straight into your REDCap project is next in build.
6. Live reportingTier 2

Your sponsor watches the trial move. They never see a name.

Tick the figures you want to share, choose the whole trial or a site, add an email, send the link. Your sponsor signs in with their address, no account to make, and sees live totals: enrolment against target, the funnel, randomisation, arm balance, retention. You can pause, stop, add or remove a figure any time, and every visit is recorded.

Totals only, always. No names, no participant references, no dates of events. Works for a PI, a director or a funder just as well.

A clean page of live totals with the time it was read, a site switcher if you allowed one, and a PDF for the board pack. "This page is not a safety report" is printed on it.
The link opens nothing for an address you have not listed. A one-time code by email, remembered on their device for 30 days.
Changes take effect the moment you save. Removing a viewer closes their door immediately.
See exactly what leaves your team before anyone else does. Every visit is logged against the viewer's email.

Setting up a share profile.

Everyone does this. So do we.

The standard CTMS kit, enforceable and audited, for a fraction of the price. Open any one to see how.

The PI signs from anywhere. Tasks cannot be done by someone not delegated to them.
Windows drive the booking picker and the deviation nudges automatically.
Participant-reported or team-entered. The SAE clock and PI notification run from the first report.
Pace against target, projected finish, drop-off by stage, stalled participants, time-in-stage, retention and completion. Every rate carries its denominator; thin numbers say so.
One timeline across every record, in plain sentences with the raw row underneath. Daily hash-chained, exportable for inspection, and participants can read their own record.
Free on every tier. The Tier 1 data builder adds filtered and saved reports, a REDCap import pack and the inspection bundle. Exporting straight into REDCap is next in build. Live reporting shares a live, de-identified KPI page by email link, on Tier 2.
Runs inside the sign-up flow. Result recorded against the participant.
Download, sign on screen or on paper, upload. Every signed version is kept and a new protocol version prompts re-consent.
Invite colleagues onto a trial with a role and their delegated responsibilities, and open the times they can see participants. Seats count people, not placements.

Gold-standard trials shouldn't belong to the well-funded few.

"As a doctor, I'd see patients turn up to clinic with a three-page trial treatment plan, or worse, turn up to the ED, and nobody on my end knew what was going on. As a researcher, I ran trials from a spreadsheet because the funding didn't stretch to allow for the big platforms."

"Every piece of research matters, independent or funded. The participant and their doctor are pivotal to it. That's why it's OurTrial."
